How do I make a purchase?

It is very simple to make a purchase on the E-Boutique. Please select an item you like, chose you size and colour and then click “add to cart” you can then continue to shop and repeat the above or then go to the shopping cart and follow the prompts to create an account and enter your payment information into our secure database. At the end you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch notification within 48 hours.

Do I have to create an account to purchase online?

Yes. To purchase items you need to have an account. This also allows for you to track your purchases, amend your contact information and save your details so your next shopping experience is even faster!

How can I change my account information?

To change your account information you can log into your account by clicking “my account” in the top right hand corner and follow the prompts to account settings where you can update your details.

What happens if I forget my password?

To reset your password, click on "Register/Sign in" in the top right hand corner and below the login details click "Forgot your password". You will then be prompted to put in your email and a reset link will be email to you right away. If you need help with this, please feel free to contact us at info@palomableu.com.au where we can help you reset it.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

If you receive your order and it is not what you paid for, it is faulty or if there is any other issue, please email us straight away and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

How do I purchase an item not featured on the website?

If you would like to purchase an item that is not listed on the website please call us instore on +61396997303 or email us at info@palomableu.com.au with the details and we can process the payment for you.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express as forms of payment. We are very excited to also offer Afterpay as a term of payment. Afterpay allows you to receive your purchase right away and pay the amount off over 4 easy instalments. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally with both Australia Post and DHL Express. Please visit our shipping and delivery page to view the costs.

How can I track my order?

Upon dispatch you will receive an email confirming the shipment has been sent and you will find your tracking number to then track on the assigned couriers website. You can also log into your account and view your order details and tracking details there.

What packaging will my order be sent in?

At Paloma Bleu we find the packaging almost as fun as the shopping that’s why we have a very special box designed to make sure your items are delivered to you in style. If your items do not fit in the Paloma Bleu box, it will be wrapped with the utmost care in our custom gift wrapping. 

Can I add items to an order or split the delivery?

Unfortunately once you have completed your order you cannot cancel, or change the order.
