Click and Collect

For customers that are able to visit our store in Albert Park, we offer a free collect in store service. Please select the “Click and Collect” option at checkout and we will email you when your purchase is ready to pick up (usually the same day).

Domestic Deliveries

  • Australia Post Standard $10 3-5 Business Days (Tracking but no signature on delivery)
  • DHL Express Post $20 Next Business Day if booked before 2pm (Tracking and signature on delivery)

International Deliveries

  • All international orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
  • Australia Post Express to New Zealand $40 3-5 Business Days (Tracking and signature on delivery)
  • Australia Post International Express $65 5-7 Business days  (Tracking and signature on delivery)
  • DHL International $100 2-5 Business days (Tracking and signature on delivery)
  • International shipments via DHL are subject to controls by local customs authorities, this could affect the estimated delivery times and are unfortunately out of our control.

Please be aware that you may be contacted by DHL or a customs official to authorize the import of your order.  Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (depending on the value of your items purchased). If applicable you will be contacted by DHL or customs to clear this payment before your order is released for delivery.

If you have any questions about your DHL shipment, please contact your local DHL office or online at www.dhl.com with your tracking number. Otherwise, please feel free to contact us at info@palomableu.com.au and we can track your shipment for you.

Important Information

  • During sale and peak periods, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed.
  • Orders placed from Friday 2pm, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. (Except for courier orders, these will be processed same day)
  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on the way to you. We recommend your shipping address to be somewhere secure where you are able to receive and sign for the package between 9am-5pm such as a workplace.
  • Most of our delivery options require a signature so please do not give a PO Box address.
  • We take NO responsibility for parcels lost or damaged. Unfortunately after the order leaves us it is out of our hands.
